Consulting Services

We provide specialized private-pay expert consultation to connect medical treatment with essential legal and community aid beyond traditional insurance roles.

*Consulting services are not limited to veterans, current SM, or first responders.

Medical Record Reviews

Comprehensive review of medical, mental health, military, and service-related records with a written summary and clinical consultation regarding findings, patterns, and diagnostic considerations.

Nexus Letters

Independent clinical opinions regarding whether a potential relationship exists between military or service-related experiences and diagnosed medical or psychiatric conditions, when supported by available documentation and clinical evidence.

Independent Mental Health Evaluations

One-time psychiatric evaluation for diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations, or second opinions. This service does not establish an ongoing treatment relationship unless otherwise agreed upon.

Depending on the purpose of the examination, these evaluations are typically only 1-2 sessions.

VA and Disability Documentation Review

Review of provided medical records, Compensation & Pension (C&P) examination reports, DBQs, rating decisions, and related documentation to help clients better understand their clinical history and documentation.

Treatment Plan Consultation

Independent review of an existing diagnosis, medication regimen, or treatment plan, with clinical feedback and recommendations when appropriate.

We will NOT change your treatment plan, and some conditions are not in our scope of practice.

What you WILL get is education on your medical conditions, a review of your medical records to tie together your conditions and/ or symptoms, and a review/ education on your current treatment plan.

We will reach out to your providers for any clarifications before meeting with you. This educational session is meant to fill in the blanks where standard healthcare tends to fail us.
