*We typically accept all veterans, first responders, and their spouses/ long term partners as new patients.

 

*We will not evaluate or treat anyone under the age of 18.

*We will consider referrals on a case-by-case basis.

 

*Older adults are considered part of our specialty. 

We welcome older adults experiencing:

• Dementia

• Memory impairment

• Behavioral disturbances related to dementia

• Complex medical and psychiatric conditions

 

If your needs fall outside the scope of this practice, we are happy to help point you in the right direction whenever possible.
