Practice Policies

Late:
Whether or not you will be seen will be up to the discretion of the provider. We take into account whether there is an appointment after yours, how frequently you have been late, and how long your appointment was scheduled. 
If you are more than 5 minutes late and you are a new client, we may ask you to reschedule because we typically need every minute of that first appointment. 

No show: 
You will generally be required to pay the full out-of-pocket fee of $50 before you can been seen again. These fees are not applied to your annual health insurance deductible or out-of-pocket maximums. Insurance companies will not pay for no show fees. 

Three strikes:
If you miss 3 appointments, we may dismiss you from the practice. 

Late cancellation:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, it has a similar effect to being a no show. No one else will be able to schedule for that time slot. If this is habitual, it may fall under the "Three Strikes" rule, depending on the circumstances.

Rescheduling:
You can cancel and reschedule on our website multiple times for the same appointment, as long as you do so >24 hours before the appointment.
