Initial Intake Appointment (In-person)

Service Description

Intake appointment are required for all new mental health evaluations. This option is only for in-person evaluations; a separate "telehealth" option is available. We will review your paperwork, history, and talk about what you want for a treatment plan. It's more in-depth than a meet-and-greet, but you only have to share as much or as little detail as you choose. Private pay available. We are in-network with most major insurance companies.
